EXPLORING ALTERNATIVES TO SWASTHYA PANCHKARMA: A CRITICAL REVIEW

One of the Ayurvedic cleaning techniques that aids in the body's detoxification is panchakarma. Five auxiliary therapies are used in panchakarma, which supports the maintenance of a normal state of health. Panchakarma provides relief from a variety of ailments by preserving tridoshic balances, preserving the circulatory system, fostering tranquility, enhancing tonicity, enhancing internal strength, and cleansing the entire body. One of the most well-known Ayurvedic methods for bringing the body back into equilibrium is panchakarma. Panchakarma uses herbarized oils, body treatments (such as oil massage), steam, herbal paste, nasal, vomiting, enema, and purgation therapies, among other methods, to help the body get rid of wastes that have built up and become lodged in it, causing obstructions in the body's natural flow.
